  1. PLACE ORDER

We strongly recommend you to place the order going through with the major credit card.  Order via phone usually takes longer processing time but we do take phone orders.  Please see our contact information.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Normally, your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days if there are no payment verification issues.  Any unavailable items we treat them as a back orders.  When the products arrive these back order items will be shipped out immediately.  We will provide you the e-mail notification or you can log into your Yahoo account to check your order status for all Yahoo store orders.

  1. Refund Guarantee

Dealsurprise.com offers our customers a 15-day satisfaction replacement or refund on all purchases after the date of receipt(un-opened product only and no-refund for any shipping charge), except:

a.                   CPU and memory must be returned within 7-day of date of receipt.

b.                  Due to manufacturers’ policies, we can not accept refunds or returns on all Software, Retail Boxed Processors, Blank Media Cartridges, Game Titles, Printer Cartridges, Routers, and all Manufacturers’ Retail boxed products.  For the return policies please check our Privacy Policy section.

  1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Dealsurprise.com is a distributor.  We do not manufacture these products but we do our best to do our technical support (please check our contact information).  However, we strongly recommend that customers contact manufactures directly to get these support and we will try our best to offer these manufactures contact information.

  1. Warranty

Most products which we sell are brand New items, either the OEM Plain Box or Retail version by original manufactories.  The products will be covered by respective manufacturers’ warranty, service, and/or support policy.  We assign and convey to the customer these manufacturers’ warranty and customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only against the manufacturer of the products.
If the products are under manufacturer warranty period customer need to dircetly contact with manufacturer for any warranty issue. Dealsurprise.com has no libility for the manufacturer's warranty but we will do our best to provide the necessary information for you.
