8.00% Sales Tax will be charged on all orders for California shipping address

Change/Cancel Orders

You may change or cancel your order on-line if your order has not posted to the shipping process. Most orders post in 30 minutes after order confirmation. Order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Please call us before your order get departed our warehouse.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and handing will be calculated when you check out.

So far we only offer: UPS Ground and UPS 3-Day Select.

In order to reduce fraudulent use of our customers’ credit cards, we don’t ship any product to the address whcih is different than the credit card billing address.

Return Policy:

All products from dealsurprise.com come with a 30-day warranty or otherwise as said on invoice. Beyond this period, please contact the manufacture. We will do our best to supply all necessory manufacture warranty information.

All returns must include a vilid RMA#. You must send e-mail to our Returns Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorizaion (“RMA”) number within the guarantee return period for the products. We will not accept returns without prior RMA#. RMA# is only valid for 15 days. Customer should prominently display the RMA# on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for all shipping/return-shipping cost. All returned products must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original accessories.

Merchandise will be considered out of warranty if physical damage is found on returned items.

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. DealSurprise.com is not responsible for any typographical error. We shall have the right to refuse any order which listed at the incorrect price.
